Returns/Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unopened in the original packaging, and must include all packing material, manuals, documentation, and accessories. Our business does not allow for change of mind orders once paid for. The value of any missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.
Only items that have been purchased directly from perthvape.com can be returned. Proof of purchase required. Please include your name, email address and order number when requesting a return.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you.
Please note that all refunds are processed within 30 days of confirmation.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at igetvapesperth@gmail.com .
Shipping to return your product, you should mail your product to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Insurance
Insurance claims are only for lost or stolen packages provided by our postage courier, please note that our business is not liable for seized orders. All orders will require a prescription to be liable for full protection liability with Insurance.

All orders that are processed will be posted within 1 - 2 business days, all orders will be delivered via Australia Post, which will take approximately:

1+ Week Standard Postage
All tracking information will be available as soon as your order is processed, you will be sent information to your email.
Free shipping is available on orders over the value of $200 AUD.
We also support shipping to any PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses across Australia.
